IRELAND EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
If you are not 100% happy with your new bamboo clothing garments, simply return them within 14 days of delivery. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at your option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused except to try on, and with the original packaging.
When taking your parcel to the post office, please remember to obtain and keep the proof of posting receipt. Please allow 3 working days for the item to arrive back to Badass Bamboo. As soon as we receive your return, we aim to process this as soon as possible, any monies due for refund should appear back to the original method of payment within 7-10 days.
Extended returns for Christmas orders – any order from the 1st November and our last delivery date (normally around the 22nd December) can be returned as late as the 12th January for a full refund or exchange.
We will respond to your query as quick as we can.

Please note, overseas customers must pay with their carrier for the return postage.
RETURNING A GIFT?
If you have been gifted an item and would like to exchange it for a different size, we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange, provided that the product/s are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused except to try on, and with the original packaging. The cost of the postage must be paid by the person returning the item.
